We specialize in fast turnaround milling and turning of stainless steels and hard to machine materials like super duplex, titanium, zirconium and high-nickel alloys such as Inconel and Hastelloy. We also have the capability of grinding hard materials including tungsten carbide, Stellite, and chromium oxide.

Our stocked materials includes a large variety of stainless steels, superalloys, titanium, zirconium and many other high performance alloys used in the machining of parts for the oil & gas, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, chemical, and food processing industries.

Materials stocked cater well to heat and corrosion resistant mechanical seal and pump components such as flanges, glands, shafts, sleeves, wear rings, bushings, collars, metal and carbon graphite seal faces which are routinely manufactured at our facility.
