Grinding

Surface and OD/ID grinding

We have a variety of OD/ID and Surface grinding machines. Ground surfaces can be verified with dynamic form and surface gauges.

Lapping

We provide lapping services to create flat surfaces which can be verified with an optical flat.

PMI (XRF) Non Destructive Testing

All of our incoming material is verified with our XRF gun ensuring correct chemical composition.

We can provide a Positive Material Identification certificate for final product upon customer request.
